RIP

Dear Estelle Getty,

Thank you for being a friend. You've traveled down the road and back again.
Your heart is true, you're a pal and a confidant.

In addition, if you threw a party and invited everyone you knew,
you would see the biggest gift would be from me and the card attached would say
'Thank you for being a friend'.

Sincerely,
Bibguy

P.S. You were great in Mask.

What? No mention of "Throw Momma From the Train?" Blasphemy.

Ummm, I don't believe Sophia Petrillo was in 'Throw Momma from the Train'.

In unrelated news, 'Stop Or My Mom Will Shoot' was an EXCELLENT film.

Shit. I stand humbly corrected.

I was always amazed at the close mother daughter relationship between Sophia and Dorothy despite the fact Dorothy was more than a year older than her ma.

Sicily must have been a crazy place in those days.

This news was so hard for me I *almost* came out of blogtirement to post my own RIP.
